Mr. Mover of Ohio Inc got its start as an agent for Mayflower in 1965.

Jack Judd, Mr. Mover’s current owner’s father, started the company from the ground up and grew it into one of central Ohio’s largest moving and storage companies.

When Jack decided to retire in 1990 he turned operations over to his son, Terry, who decided to take the company private and change the name from Judd’s Mayflower to Mr. Mover.

As part of selling the Mayflower franchise, Terry had to start over, hiring all new drivers and laborers. Mr. Mover started out with one truck, three laborers, and one office member. Through hard work and unique advertising, Mr. Mover has grown to eight trucks, twenty-five laborers, two salesmen, and three office members.

Mr. Mover is today one of central Ohio’s largest private moving and storage companies providing full-service moving and storage to residential and commercial clients looking to move locally, long-distance, and internationally.
